![]() It has the same 15x7 aluminum slot wheels, and they do clear the 11" drums. When I get my D44 reassembled, I'm going to try it on, but I doubt it will fit.ĮDIT: The matching axle to the left in the pictures is a 77 NT AMC20 with factory 11" drum brakes. Pictures loaded out of order, the first pic is the "base" steel wheel. The wheel might fit later disc brakes with the single thickness rotors, or might not. Also pictured is a somewhat rare late "base" model plain steel wheel 15" by 5.5" wide, that does clear but not by much more. ![]() You can see in the pictures that the aluminum wheel will require grinding on the caliper and mount to clear, and even then it will be very close. The wheel bolted on, but wouldn't make a full revolution before binding up on the caliper. The axle I used for the test fit is a late 77 narrow track D30 with the large brakes (ventilated rotors). The answer is a definite "No, but maybe, with some grinding".
